2025 Fall leagues & registration rules

The Dashboard is used to verify your registrations and provide transparency into our league signup process. Check to see if your partner has registered yet, or how full the league you registered for has gotten.
For the Fall 2025 season, you will sign up for 1 league per round. If leagues fill, they will be closed before the next round. These changes were made to ensure that most people will get into at least their first choice of league.

- You MUST be a registered member BEFORE the round begins. If you register during a round, you will need to wait until the next round to select leagues.
- During each round, you can select up to 1 league
- Between rounds the league committee will meet to determine if any league is over capacity and if any cuts need to be made
- Any league not over capacity will have all of their "New" members status changed to "In"
- Any partial teams or pairs in Monday Team, Sunday Team or Thursday mixed will be changed to "Hold"
- Cuts are made to anyone with a status of "New" or "Hold" that fully meet the requirements for the league. i.e. full team or pair if that league has that rule.
- Additionally if you do not meet the requirements for the league when it is over capacity you will be cut.
- If you are cut, you will have first opportunity to select leagues during the next round. (Those replacement picks do not count against your round pick)
- If you are playing on Wednesday, IT MUST be your 1st selection
Monday Team is a Complete Team league. Your team entry is not complete until you have 4 registered players
To assist in helping fill out teams, a new tools has been added to the website. You can access it by looking under League Information and selecting "Make Team".
- Looking for a Team: Use the form to put your name on the list for a league night.
- Team Looking for Players: PDF of the above list, so teams can look at the list and then contact members.
Leagues and specific signup rules:
Sunday Early (32 Players): Noon : Signup as a single or pair
Sunday Open (64 Players): 2pm & 4pm : Signup as a single or pair
Sunday Open\Team (64 Players): 6pm & 8pm : Signup as a Full or Partial Team OR Single or pair
- CANNOT have more than 2 Wednesday player on your team
Monday Early (32 Players): 4:30 pm : Signup as a single or pair
Monday Team (16 Teams): 6:30 pm & 8:30 pm : Signup ONLY AS A FULL team
- (Partial teams are only accepted if not full)
- CANNOT have more than 2 Wednesday player on your team
- Absolute Max Capacity is 18 Teams
Tuesday Early\Team (32 Players): 4:30 pm : Signup as a single or pair or Full Team
Tuesday Men (32 Men): 6:30 pm \ 8:30pm : Men Signup as a single or pair, draw times alternate week to week
Tuesday Women (32 Women): 6:30 pm \ 8:30 pm: Women Signup as a single or pair, draw times alternate week to week
Wednesday Competitive (16 Teams): 6:15 pm \ 8:30 pm: Signup ONLY AS A FULL team (Partial teams will not be accepted)
- Skip (2 years experience, Players 1 year experience)
- If more than 16 teams register, there will be a play in for the open spots.
- First Wednesday of Season
- No rescheduling, not subs, plan accordingly
- There are no places for the losing teams to transfer to
- The league runs the entire year, there is no signup for Winter.
Thursday Day (32 Players): 1pm - Signup as a single (teams are randomly selected each week)
Thursday Early (32 Players): 4:30 pm - Signup as a signle or pair
Thursday Mixed (32 Mixed Pairs): 6:30 pm & 8:30 pm - Signup as a mixed pair. Singles are only filled if short pairs
Friday Open (32 Players): 5:30 pm - Signup as a single or pair
* Unless a league gets a minimum of 16 players, the league will be canceled.
* Player counts lists above are the ideal numbers (8 teams per draw). Max capacity is 8 or 9 teams per draw this season due to compressed schedule.
